Scope and principles
1. Information and purpose
We process contact details, booking preferences, correspondence and service records only for defined operational purposes. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to personnel who need it to confirm services, support guests, maintain security or prepare required accounting records.
2. Security and responsible submission
Information submitted through a form is protected using reasonable organisational and technical controls. No internet transmission can be described as completely risk-free, so visitors should avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers or sensitive identity documents through general contact fields.
3. Retention and your choices
Records are retained only while needed for the purpose stated, for dispute handling or for statutory periods applicable in Kazakhstan. When retention is no longer justified, data is deleted or anonymised. Guests may request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@gameprovictory.com. Some requests may be limited by legal record-keeping duties.
4. Service providers
Third-party providers may support hosting, email delivery, analytics accepted by the visitor and club administration. They receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect it. Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ own policies.
5. Commercial transparency
Services are described with prices and practical limitations. GameProVictory does not use guaranteed outcomes, artificial scarcity, fabricated live counters or undisclosed charges. Tournament participation never involves betting. A customer receives the applicable service description before payment.
6. Cancellation and refunds
For cancellations, contact the club promptly. Unused prepaid time may be rescheduled or refunded according to the package terms and Kazakhstan consumer law. Time already used, completed event services and personalised merchandise are generally non-refundable except where legally required or defective.
7. Updates and contact
